Reservations made in advance are not guaranteed.
When you book your reservation, the unit of your choice will be assigned but cannot be guaranteed when there are circumstances beyond our control. Examples are a house that is sold, or  a house that is damaged by fire or water.

Beach Reunion specializes in the rentals of large Destin Florida beach vacation homes.  We service Frangista Beach, Destin and surrounding areas. These homes are located either on the beach or just off of Scenic Gulf Hwy (State Road 2378) between Sandestin and Destin. We also service 30-A and Blue Mountain Beach. Our office is located at 136 S. Holiday Rd. Ste B Destin, Florida 32550.

Reservations

Florida State and County Bed Tax is 11% for properties located in Okaloosa County and 11.5% for properties located in Walton County. A cleaning fee will be added to your rental rate. Cleaning fees vary depending on size of property. In addition, standard fees such as administration and damage insurance is added to all rental agreements.
To reserve a property a completed contract and 1/3rd of rental payment is required at time of booking. This can be paid by credit card (Visa, Discover or MasterCard). The final payment is due 60 days prior to check in. Please pay this by check or money order. We will send you notice of when the final payment is due.
*Please be aware that no reservation is secured until your initial down payment is received.
Check In/Out:
  1. Check out is at 9 a.m.
  2. Check-in is at 2:00pm. However, if requested, we will have first floor access ready at 1:00pm.
  3. All trash is bagged and placed in outdoor garbage cans on posted garbage days, as well as prior to departing.
  4. All outdoor trash and cigarette butts should be disposed of properly.
  5. Be sure to fill and run the dishwasher upon leaving.
  6. Place the A/C at 78 degrees prior to leaving.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation occurs within 90 days of your date arrival, the monies will not be refunded. If you cancel outside of 90 days we will refund your money less the damage insurance premium and the administration fee. Summer bookings in June, July and August will receive no refunds unless we are notified by March 1, 2012. We do not make any refunds due to weather related cancellations. We highly recommend all our guests  purchase the Travel Insurance offered in the case of any unforeseen circumstances and weather related cancellations. Under certain circumstances we can roll a deposit into another rental season but this is done on a case by case basis.
If the property you reserved, is in the named path of a hurricane, Beach Reunion will allow you to rescedule your stay, some restricions may apply.

Beach Service
Beach service availability is seasonal only. Please contact a reservationist to determine beach service availability dates.

Pool Rules & Hot Tub Rules

  • All guest swim at their own risk.
  • Pool gate must be kept closed at all times.
  • All children must be supervised by an adult within the pool area.
  • No Glass at any time around pool area.
  • Shower off all sand prior to use. Sand can affect the pool pump operation.
  • Tampering with any pool equipment can result in charges to your credit card of $150 fee.

Pool heat is offered seasonally between October and May. Pools cannot be heated if the temperature is below fifty degrees. For an additional cost, twenty five dollars per day, on most properties, the pool temperature will be set at approximately eighty degrees.

House Rules

  • Quiet hours for the neighborhood are 10:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. Noise levels above 50 decibles can result in eviction.
  • Please - No damp clothing or sunscreen on any furniture
  • Keep doors and windows closed to maintain A/C temperature
  • No smoking in the house. A Fee of $350 will be charged to any property with traces of smoke.

Okaloosa and Walton County·has a restricted noise·from·10:00 P.M. until 8:30 A.M. This includes all properties. We ask that you·please be considerate of your neighbors.

Active military will receive a 10% discount during all visits to the beach house rentals. We have a large military group of people in the area and we encourage active military to come to the area and use our houses for entertaining and get togethers for friends and family. Our Destin Florida vacation rentals are ideal for reuniting with military families and we appreciate your service to our country.
