Beach Reunion's Destin vacation homes will rent to upperclass students and members of the military who are 21 years of age.  We require additional deposit money for students and have a strict contract signed by each guest.  We do not allow non reqistered visitors to the house or overnight guests after 9:00 pm.  There is a strict noise ordinance and guests must comply with this 10:00 pm curfew.  Trash must be set on the curb daily and inspections by the owner are daily in the morning.  Excessive noise or trash will result in a warning first and followed by an eviction on the second violation.  We do require chaperones for any students under 18 years old and are in high school.  There are no exceptions. A chaperone must be at the house at all times for students who are 18 years old or younge

Active military will receive a 10% discount during all visits to the beach house rentals. We have a large military group of people in the area and we encourage active military to come to the area and use our houses for entertaining and get togethers for friends and family. Our Destin Florida vacation rentals are ideal for reuniting with military families and we appreciate your service to our country.
