Santorini - Sleeps 24

We provide Destin beach house rentals for couples who want to be married on the beach. Guests then come back to the house for a reception or garden party under the stars or a  tent on our lot attached to our 4200 square foot house, Calypso and Mikonos.   ( See our aerial view on home page.)  We specialize in weddings for groups under 50 people and encourage brides to rent two houses which will sleep a total of 40 and have parking for 12 cars. We comply with the county ordinaces  for noise which is effective at 10:00 pm. Parking is permitted on our lot on Los Angeles St. or at our office on Holiday Rd. All trash must be in black bags and placed on the curb the same day as the reception. There is an event fee of $500 charged by the homeowners association.

Calypso - Sleeps 20

We can  help recommend wedding coordinators and vendors to assist you in all your wedding plans. Video streaming during your wedding can keep all the guests and family in the event in real time . We want you to have a beautiful day and not to have to worry about anything. Our resort setting allows for up to 100 guests to stay in our "collection" of nine villas in one area in Frangista Beach.   We restrict parking and do not exceed the county ordinace for more than 6 cars per 8 bedroom house. We will arrange shuttles from our Holiday Road office location for guests.  We strictly enforce parking and require shuttles and can provide a street legal golf cart to carry people from our off site parking lot for a fee. A security guard is required from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm for addditional fee of $100.

Mikonos - Sleeps 21

We have the Calypso house with a 50 foot by 100 foot side yard with lush gardens and fountains.  The pool and pavers open to the garden that can handle a tent of 20 feet by 30 feet.  This site is perfect for a reception of 50 people after your intimate beach wedding.  The Mikonos house is directly behind the Calypso side yard so we can host both the bride and her attendants in one house and the groom's party in the other house.

Apollo is another house to host your wedding. Apollo is on Los Angles street and has been completely remodeled and sleeps 26 people. Our house rentals are an economical way to host a wedding with everyone enjoying a beach get away. We specialize in small weddings and restrict the size of the reception and comply with all ordinances.  All noise must end at 10:00 pm. The typical receptions last from 7-10 pm after the sunset wedding on the beach.
