Jim Cochran
Chief Executive Officer
With over three decades of experience in real estate along the Emerald Coast, Jim Cochran has constructed, owned, and managed more than 35 properties since the late 1980s. As the founder of Beach Reunion Vacation Rentals, he exemplifies integrity and possesses a keen eye for quality. His extensive expertise in investment and management actively contributes to the company's ongoing success. When not immersed in work, Jim enjoys traveling to destinations ranging from Iceland to the Galapagos.
Jessica Goree
Chief Operating Officer
Since 2011, Jessica has been at the helm of operations, bringing over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and vacation rental sectors. She is dedicated to ensuring the company operates seamlessly and that every guest's experience surpasses expectations. When she's not working, Jessica loves traveling, cooking, and cherishing moments with her family and her dog, Pavlov.
Allyson Boatwright
Head of Guest & Owner Relations
Since joining in 2019, Allyson has emerged as the cornerstone of communication between guests and owners. She supports the guest services team, identifies and works to onboard new properties, and plays a key role in enhancing our online presence. When she isn't assisting guests, Allyson loves spending time outdoors, college football, and enjoying beach days with her family and dogs, Abbey and Eli.
Carrie Monroe
Property Manager
Since 2012, Carrie has been a committed property manager recognized for her approachable and hands-on demeanor. She makes certain that guests feel valued and that events, such as weddings, are executed seamlessly. In her free time, she loves playing tennis and cherishes moments with her daughters and her golden retrievers, Bogey and Buca.
Beth
Guest Services & Reservations Agent
Beth joined Beach Reunion in 2019, and her customer service skills keep our guests happy to come back every year. Beth handles guest reservations via phone and our online booking channels, reporting to our vendors and housekeepers, and making sure your pool heat is turned on! Beth is mom to two wonderful boys, and enjoys watching the latest binge worthy Netflix series.
Vanessa
Guest Services & Reservations Agent
Vanessa has been with our team since May 2025, and continues to grow every day as a huge asset in many areas of our business. She collects reviews from our happy guests, provides excellent phone customer service and is motivated to make sure each year you come back is better than ever. Vanessa is a dog mom and she enjoys cooking up meals of all different international cuisines!
