Chef Isley Whyte is the King of 30A. Emigrating from Jamaica in 2005, he began working in kitchens, as a dishwasher, but climbed up the culinary ladder. He worked beside the finest chefs in South Walton and soon became the backbone for popular restaurants on 30A. He runs his kitchen with continuous positivity and a contagious smile. His island roots infuse his meals with a special Jamaican flair. He deftly combines the flavors and spices, learned from his years of cooking for his family of 11, with his gastronomic training in the United States. Chef Isley produces phenomenal flavors and introduces unique recipes to the Emerald Coast.
