Santorini is a Mediterranean-style 4,300 sq.ft. home made up of 3 impeccable levels, comfortably sleeping up to 24 people. This home features 8 stylish bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms and sleeps 24 guests. Santorini takes influence from traditional Greek design, while benefiting from a luxurious modern touch which creates ample space for all of your loved ones. Experience the thrill of staying in the Frangista Beach Community, minutes from the heart of town and the sugar white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Getting to the beach and away from the crowd will be a breeze! A private pool, media room, and game room make this home ideal for family reunions, destination weddings and guests, and groups of friends.

Upon entering the first floor, this home’s elegant character reveals itself featuring rich tones, grand furnishings and tropical poolside views. The first floor offers a large and spacious floor plan consisting of a dining area, living area, media room and kitchen. The top of the line kitchen is fitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances and stocked with all of the necessary dishes, utensils, and cookware while still offering plenty of functional workspace. Luxury finishes and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming living area. The adjacent dining room is just as inviting, with 2 large wooden dining tables and seating for 16 guests. There is additional seating for 4 guests at the breakfast bar. The media room takes you to an entertainment wonderland with its large flat screen TV, surround sound, and theater-style seating. Sliding glass doors off of the living area fill this space with light and create a seamless integration between the living room and outdoor patio. Welcome to your private oasis; a private custom pool, gas grill, outdoor dining, loungers, and sunny skies are awaiting you! There is a King Suite on this floor with a private bath featuring a walk-in shower.

On the second floor you will find a cozy sitting room that connects with the 4 thoughtfully-designed bedrooms. The first 3 bedrooms are King Suites, each with their own unique decorations, flat-screen TV, and private bathrooms. Two of the rooms have private balconies. Completing this level is a custom-made bunk room with a private bathroom that is perfect for teens and young adults.

On the third floor and final floor is the lounge and game room! This room is fit with a pool table, electronic darts, wet bar, game table, and a balcony with views of the Frangista Beach Community. Completing this level are 3 King Suites, each with their own private bath and personal flat-screen TV. These luxury bedrooms provide an high-end, refined atmosphere with elegant décor balanced by beautiful artwork. Two of the suites have their own private balconies.

*This home requires Saturday to Saturday for Spring Break and Summer Months.*

*Weddings/Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings. Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.

*Frangista Beach Homes: Only homes located within the Frangista Beach HOA are not subject to the separate Walton County Permit. Only Beach Reunion's $750 event fee.

Electric Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals — We offer electric street legal golf cart rentals to Beach Reunion guests only and at a substantially lower rate than our competitors in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. If you are familiar with this area you know from past vacations that their popularity makes traveling to and from the beach a breeze and convenient for quick errands to the store, even for that last minute shopping spree! They also make shuttling services hassle-free for weddings or events. By reserving a cart rental through us you will not have to worry about any of that unwanted dirt or sand getting into your car while trying to enjoy your vacation! We even deliver for free! Pool Heat — From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service is offered for our Summer season, May 15th to August 14th 2021, and includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm.

Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering.
